Residents have the choice of getting as involved as they wish to in these activities. Communal grounds are maintained by the council leaving you to enjoy the garden without worrying about weeding and mowing the lawns. The grounds can also be a setting for getting together and enjoying the sunshine. There are on site laundry facilities for use by all occupiers within the scheme, a lift for access to all floors and a guest room which can be used by visiting relatives.
