The Scheme 

Waverley Place is located near the centre of Radcliffe. It’s close to bus stops, plenty of local shops, banks and a post office. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance of the scheme and a leisure centre. A  new medical centre is also situated not too far away and the scheme is close to the tram station too

The Flats 

The scheme comprises of 29 flats.

All flats benefit from;

• Double glazing, central heating, smoke alarms and a TV aerial point. They all have a fitted kitchen with a small electric cooker provided.
• They are decorated throughout with your own choice of carpets and vinyl flooring where appropriate. There are also large picture windows in the lounge areas providing a light and airy feel.
• The flats have a secure door entry system for your peace of mind and are all fitted with Carelink Alarms in every room so there is help in any emergency. We also have a 24 hour repairs service.
• Some of the flats have a step up shower and others are fitted with a bath. In some cases following an assessment with an Occupational Therapist we can offer the best solution for your needs.

Communal Area 

The modern communal areas have been newly decorated with complimentary carpets, curtains and seating and the lounges and communal kitchen can be used by all the residents.

Various activities are held in the communal lounge including coffee mornings, bingo and days out. The lounges can also be used for individual or group celebrations such as parties. Residents have the choice of getting as involved as they wish to in these activities.

Communal grounds are maintained by the council leaving you to enjoy the garden without worrying about weeding and mowing the lawns. The grounds can also be a setting for getting together and enjoying the sunshine.

There are on site laundry facilities for use by all occupiers within the scheme, a lift for access to all floors and a guest room which can be used by visiting relatives. All the schemes have free parking for residents and visitors.
